No. Templates are static. The Second Brain is an active agent that reads context, writes briefings, listens for patterns, and adapts as your business changes. The framework behind it (our Hermes OS) covers what gets installed and how it runs.

Do my team and I have to change how we work?

Lightly, yes. The point is to install a daily and weekly rhythm so the brain has something to attach to. Most clients say the rhythm itself is half the value.

Can the brain post to my LinkedIn for me?

It drafts, you approve. We do not publish AI-generated content to a personal brand without a human in the loop. That is how voice drifts and trust erodes.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your knowledge stays in your storage. The agent uses retrieval into a model with strict no-training policies, or your own private model if you prefer.

Is this a one-off or ongoing?
